Hailing from Germany, Three Words is a charismatic, spontaneous and direct hip-hop artist who set out to create music with an honest and eclectic approach since her beginnings in 2005.
Girls might be quite under-represented within the international rap scene, but is not afraid to stand up and show the guys a thing or two about real hip-hop: With 4 mixtapes and lots of features on her back, Three words set out to hit Coast2Coast Top 100 indie charts at number 1.
Her sound falls somewhere in between the depth and warmth of old school hip-hop, and the sharp focus and balance of the best modern productions.
It’s all about tight sounding analog-style beats and lush synth lines, with an expressive lyrical flow on top of it all.
